GeneralEveryone starts as an independant empire. Through battle and diplomacy you will have to try to be the ruler over the cosmos. By attacking another empire, you can make him surrender. Once he surrendered he becomes part of your clan, with you being clan leader. If a clan leader gets killed or he surrenders he and his clan members will become part of te clan of the attacking empire.
Cosmic Chaos uses 1 resource, lithan. Lithan is used to buy and build everything. You can also be killed in Cosmic Chaos. This happens when somone takes your last planet. Once you are dead you will have to wait untill the next round to play again.
